What we collect
Account: your email address and a hashed password, stored in our Supabase auth database. We never see your plaintext password.
Research data: the keywords you research and the results we save are stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage. We do not upload your projects to our servers.
Usage logs: our backend receives the keyword queries you run (so we can compose tags and titles) and your authenticated user ID. We do not log your IP address, browsing history, or anything outside the extension.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your data with advertisers.
- We don't track you across other websites.
- We don't scrape or store your Etsy shop data.
Third parties
We use Supabase for authentication, OpenAI for tag and title composition, and Cloudflare for hosting. eRank is queried via your own logged-in browser session — your eRank credentials stay with eRank and never touch our servers.
Deleting your account
Email hello@prettypicked.com and we'll delete your account and any backend records within 7 days.
